We specialize in producing cold rolled flat wire and special-shaped wire depending on customer's requirements. We are able to produce ultra-fine square wire with a minimum thickness and width of 0.0039 inches (0.1mm). The tolerance capabilities for ultra-fine square wire are +/- 0.0002 inches (0.005mm) for thickness and width. We produce ultra-fine square wire for small and strong springs. The methods of producing square wire
Generally speaking, our company has 5 methods for producing square wire.

To produce precise parts, the recommended method is to draw the wire through dies (method 1). For economical mass production of thick square wire, cut roll (method 5) should be chosen. If both quality and cost are important, the Turk's-head roll insert formula (method 2) is the best option.
We choose the method of producing square wire that provides a balance between quality and cost, depending on the customer's request. The details of each method are as follows. ① Drawing for square wire Although drawing offers superior precision in size and camber compared to other methods, it comes at a higher cost due to its slow drawing speed. Additionally, producing square wire on hard materials can be challenging through drawing. Nevertheless, drawing is an ideal option for precise parts and small production runs.
② Turk’s-head roll insertion formula for square wire Although there is an initial cost for rolls, the balance between quality
and cost using this method is superior. This approach is particularly well-suited
for making springs from square wire.
③ Turk’s-head roll flexible formula for square wire While the initial cost of rolls may not be necessary, camber and twist are inevitable when working with hard materials using this method. As a result, this approach is best suited for softer materials.
④ Cassette roller dies for square wire Initial
cost of rolls is not necessary, however right angles get out of order at
times, and radius of edge is not sharp.
⑤ Cut rolls for square wire It
is easy to set rolls, so work efficiency is high, however initial cost
of cut rolls is expensive, and each radius of edges is different at

We can produce ultra fine
custom shaped wire on hard materials.
The minimum size is 0.1×0.1mm (0.0039×0.0039 inches) square
wire. In case of soft materials the ultra fine square wire
can be produced by slitting plates or drawing through dies, but in case
of hard materials slitting or drawing is difficult. Our method is
rolling round wire to ultra fine custom shaped wire, so we can do it on
hard materials. l
The minimum tolerance of
size is ±0.0025mm(±0.000098 inches). Camber and twist are able to be
controlled. l
We are good at producing
a small lot for a test. Application of ultra
fine custom shaped wire The
purpose of using ultra fine square wire is mostly miniaturizing
products, the demand of ultra fine custom shaped wire is increasing as
well small products are increasing in the world. Definitely springs made
of square wire and motors made of square electrical wire are increasing,
because square or rectangle wire is wound closely compared with round
wire. The surface area of custom shaped wire is larger than that of
round wire, so custom shaped wire is used for radiation and connector of
ｅｌｅｃｔｒｉｃａｌ parts. After all ultra fine custom shaped
